Brother and sister 16-year-old, Teddy (Bear) (Judah Lewis) and 11-year-old, Kat(i)e (Cat) (Darby Camp) haven't been the same since their father died. Their widowed nurse mum, Claire (Kimberly Williams-Paisley) is working overtime and the two siblings just can't stop bickering.
Teddy has fallen in with the wrong crowd and when Kate films him car jacking, she threatens to tell their mother unless Teddy helps her capture Santa Claus on film. Teddy thinks this is crazy until the real Santa shows up!
Netflix's endearing Christmas classic is a perennial favourite. Kurt Russell excels as Santa Claus (proving to be one of the best.) A clever scene sees him gathering a group of inmates to sing a festive song.
Lewis and Camp are welcome companions on an unforgettable night (as they sneak into the magical sleigh.) The SFX is fantastic with awe-inspiring sleigh in flight scenes. Superior festive fun with real heart.
